We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Collette. The things that make her unique: Collette’s knowledge of the local market, especially in the Brookhaven-Chamblee corridor, is second to none. Beyond just understanding market data, comps, etc., Collette can tell you down to the street level the history, background, future value, etc. of a home there. In both our sale and purchase transaction, there were complexities that she helped us solve that other agents would not be able to facilitate. I had a “best case scenario” number in mind for what we could get for the home. We exceeded that number easily. Collette invests in a consultant for staging your home, HD video tours, social media posts, livestreams, etc. to get the word out about your home and to make it shine. Collette will always lookout for your best interest as a client. Sometimes that means sharing news you might not want to hear or pushing against an action you’re considering, but you will never doubt her motive. It only took us not following Collette’s advice once or twice before we learned our lesson! Collette’s support team is excellent. They are fast, efficient, and extremely helpful with any questions or concerns. I’ll conclude by saying that we didn’t know what we were missing in previous real estate transactions until we worked with Collette. It is an added bonus that she is a joy to work with. She will change your perception of the value a realtor can provide for you as a client, and I would recommend her to anyone.
