We have never, in all our many home sales transactions, had as positive experience as we had with Collette and her team. Collette made the marketing (yes, actual marketing!) of our home a process. Follow the proven formula, get the desired results. Within days of signing an agreement we had a stager (Collette’s expense) and required contractors in to carry out the appropriate work prior to filming a beautiful video and listing. Then came the coming soon sign and the phone calls. 3 weeks to the day we had a signed contract and within a month we were closed and off to our next adventure.
