Collette is the founder and team lead of Collette McDonald & Associates at eXp Realty. Her experience includes representing buyers and sellers, evaluating property values, preparing homes for market, negotiating contracts, managing complex transactions and advising clients about new construction and residential development.

Collette’s Brookhaven expertise reaches beyond real estate transactions. She is a longtime Brookhaven resident who participated in the grassroots efforts that helped lead to the creation of the City of Brookhaven. Her community service has included work with local planning and zoning matters, service as the District 1 Planning Commissioner for DeKalb County and service on the district’s Board of Zoning Appeals.
She currently serves on the board of the Brookhaven Police Foundation. She was also a founding member of the Ashford Alliance Community Association, which represented more than 25,000 area households.
This civic experience gives Collette a detailed understanding of how planning decisions, zoning, redevelopment, infrastructure and land use can affect neighborhoods and property values. She follows local issues closely and brings that knowledge into her advice to Brookhaven buyers and sellers.
