My wife and I are so glad that we hired Collette and her great team when we sold our home recently. What led us to hire her was her vast knowledge of our local market. That was key, as she knew all the other comps back and forth. Other agents we interviewed did not have this deep understanding of the market and mis-priced our house in their quotes to us. Collette suggested a listing price that was perfect for the market. We got the interest from buyers that we were looking for and an offer in a relatively short period of time. Before we listed, she had great professionals help us with photography and staging which made our house look better than ever. Her value didn’t end there as she assisted us a great deal when our buyers had started to become difficult. She took a lot of stress off of us by taking care of many of the buyers’ requests without us needing to get involved. We would definitely recommend Collette as she is an expert in her market and will always fight for you. She wants you to get the best price, as opposed to some other agents who want to lowball your listing just to get it sold quickly. Her team is excellent and very responsive as well!
